Pepper Ventures is a product studio. We build our own products, test and tinker constantly, and work out what is actually worth betting on. Then we help other businesses do the same.

Bayside is our AI consulting and training practice. We help businesses work out where AI genuinely helps and where it does not, and then build the thing and train the team to run it.

Why we build
The products and the practice feed each other. Building constantly is what keeps our advice current rather than borrowed. Working across a lot of businesses is what shows us the problems worth building for. Take either half away and the other gets worse.
Two products are in build right now. Both are still in stealth, so this is all we will say for the moment.
